| Rami and Mirav Cohen, originally from Jerusalem, Israel are not new to the restaurant business. In fact, Sababa, meaning, "nothing could be better" is their 2nd successful venture. They are also the owners of "Rami's" in Brookline, Massachusetts and have been in operation for over 15 years. They recently moved to sunny Las Vegas and are overjoyed with the experience thus far. | ![]() |

Sababa, The Story Brookline, Massachusetts is a very cold place during the winter time. Rami & Mirav were fed up with the weather. Rami would often call his brother, Rafi, who had recently moved to Las Vegas. Rami would call, complain about the weather, and ask Rafi what the weather was like in Las Vegas. Rafi, sunning himself by the pool would always reply, "Sababa!" Nothing could be better. So, when it came to naming the new restaurant, "Sababa" fit perfectly. It's true, nothing could be better! |
The Mashgiach Sababa's Mashgiach is Adam Caruthers from Congregation Shaarei Tefillah, with supervision by Rabbi's Wasser (Shaarit Tefillah) and Harlig (Chabad). Rami follows the strictest hallachic kashrut laws and allows nothing less than the cleanest of kitchens. |
